Amending O. Reg. 4/22

(INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ONTARIO)

1. Section 6 of Ontario Regulation 4/22 is amended by adding “and by section 11.0.1 of the Ministry of Infrastructure Act, 2011” after “this Regulation”.

2. Subsection 11 (10) of the Regulation is revoked.

3. Subsection 20 (5) of the Regulation is revoked.

Commencement

4. (1) Except as otherwise provided in this section, this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.

(2) Section 1 comes into force on the later of the day section 1 of Schedule 2 to the Reducing Inefficiencies Act (Infrastructure Statute Law Amendments), 2023 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
