Amending O. Reg. 458/22

(OPTIONAL TAX ON VACANT RESIDENTIAL UNITS - DESIGNATED MUNICIPALITIES)

1. Paragraphs 1 and 2 of section 1 of Ontario Regulation 458/22 are revoked and the following substituted:

1. Every single-tier municipality.

2. Every upper-tier municipality.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
