Amending O. Reg. 201/96
(GENERAL)
1. (1) Subclause 20.2 (3) (a) (i) of Ontario Regulation 201/96 is amended by striking out “$22,200” and substituting “$25,000”.
(2) Subclause 20.2 (3) (a) (ii) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “$37,100” and substituting “$41,500”.
(3) Table 3 to subsection 20.2 (9) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “On or before August 1” in Column 1 opposite “$100.00” in Column 2 and substituting “On August 1”.
Commencement
2. (1) Except as otherwise provided in this section, this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
(2) Subsections 1 (1) and (2) come into force on the later of August 1, 2024 and the day this Regulation is filed.
