Amending O. Reg. 163/24

(BUILDING CODE)

1. Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 163/24 amended by striking out “April 5, 2024” and substituting “May 15, 2024”.

2. Clause 2 (1) (b) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “is made before” and substituting “is made on or before”.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2025 and the day this Regulation is filed.
