Amending O. Reg. 33/18

(GENERAL)

1. (1) Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 33/18 is amended by striking out “Subsection 2 (1)” at the beginning and substituting “Section 2”.

(2) Section 1 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following subsection:

(2) Section 2 of the Act does not apply with respect to a sale of cannabis if the sale is by a person or in a circumstance that is exempt from section 18 of the Cannabis Licence Act, 2018 in the regulations made under that Act.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2025 and the day this Regulation is filed.
