Amending O. Reg. 266/23
(GRANTS FOR STUDENT NEEDS - LEGISLATIVE GRANTS FOR THE 2023-2024 SCHOOL BOARD FISCAL YEAR)
1. Subsection 15 (2) of Ontario Regulation 266/23 is amended by adding the following paragraphs:
26. Bill 124 monetary resolution adjustment allocation.
27. Labour agreements adjustment allocation.
2. Section 69.1 of the Regulation is amended by adding “allocation” after “adjustment”.
3. The Regulation is amended by adding the following section:

69.2 The labour agreements adjustment allocation for the board is the amount specified for the board in Column 2 of Table 55.
4. The title of Column 2 in Table 54 of the Regulation is amended by adding “Allocation” after “Adjustment”.
