Amending Reg. 734 of R.R.O. 1990

(ESTABLISHMENT OF LOCAL ROADS AREAS — NORTHEASTERN AND EASTERN REGIONS)

1. Schedule 6 to Regulation 734 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

Schedule 6
Dalmas-Caverley Local Roads Area

All of the townships of Dalmas and Caverley and that portion of the township of Chappise in the Territorial District of Sudbury shown outlined on Ministry of Transportation Plan N-1565-3, filed with Record Services Unit of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on March 13, 2024.

2. Schedule 32 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Schedule 32
OTTO Local Roads Area

All those portions of the townships of Boston and Otto in the Territorial District of Timiskaming shown outlined on Ministry of Transportation Plan N-449-4, filed in the Record Services Unit of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on March 13, 2024.

3. Schedule 54 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Hanlan Local Roads Area

All those portions of the townships of Hanlan and Bannerman in the Territorial District of Cochrane shown outlined on Ministry of Transportation Plan N-792-7, filed with the Record Services Unit of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on March 13, 2024.

4. Schedule 108 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Lang Lake Association Local Roads Area

All those portions of the townships of Curtin and Roosevelt in the Territorial District of Sudbury, shown outlined in Ministry of Transportation Plan N-874-A4, filed with the Record Services Unit of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on March 13, 2024.

Commencement

5. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
