Amending O. Reg. 348/24

(CORE EDUCATION FUNDING — LEGISLATIVE GRANTS FOR THE 2024-2025 SCHOOL BOARD FISCAL YEAR)

1. The French version of paragraph 2 of section 115 of Ontario Regulation 348/24 is revoked and the following substituted:

2. The French version of section 117 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “l’enfance en difficulté (MSPED)” and substituting “l’éducation spécialisée”.

3. The French version of the definition of “individual education plan” in subsection 199 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “en difficulté” and substituting “ayant des besoins particuliers en éducation spécialisée”.

4. The French version of the heading to Column 3 of Table 25 of the Regulation is struck out and the following substituted:

5. The French version of the Regulation is amended by striking out “de l’enfance en difficulté” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “spécialisée”, except in the following provisions:

1. Paragraphs 9 and 10 of subsection 10 (1).

2. Clause 198 (5) (c).

6. The French version of the Regulation is amended by striking out “FEED” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “FES”.

7. The French version of the Regulation is amended by striking out “pour l’enfance en difficulté” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “pour l’éducation spécialisée”.

Commencement

8. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 1 (4) of Schedule 2 to the Better Schools and Student Outcomes Act, 2023 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
