Amending O. Reg. 474/73

(REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF YORK, TOWN OF RICHMOND HILL (NOW THE CITY OF RICHMOND HILL))

1. Subparagraph 1 ii of subsection 2 (2) of Ontario Regulation 474/73 is amended by striking out “and” at the end of sub-subparagraph D and by adding the following sub-subparagraphs:

F.  part of Lot 37, Concession 1 (Vaughan), except for Part 1 on Expropriation Plan R623435, and further identified by Property Identification Number 03215-0552 (LT) registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of York Region (no. 65),

G.  part of Lot 37, Concession 1 (Vaughan), designated as Part 2 on Reference Plan 64R-7328, except for Part 1 on Expropriation Plan R623426, and further identified by Property Identification Number 03215-0554 (LT) registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of York Region (no. 65), and

H.  part of Lots 37 and 38 in Concession 1 (VGN), save and except Part 2 on Reference Plan 65R-12985, and Parts 1-3 inclusive on Reference Plan 65R-34532 and further identified by Property Identification Number 03215-1192 (LT) registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of York Region (no. 65).

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
