Amending O. Reg. 246/22

(GENERAL)

1. (1) Section 316 of Ontario Regulation 246/22 is amended by striking out “or” at the end of clause (d), by adding “or” at the end of clause (e) and by adding the following clause:

(f)  a premises or the part of a premises,

(i)  at which specialized services are provided to individuals,

(A)  experiencing mental health or addiction challenges,

(B)  experiencing homelessness, or

(C)  at risk of experiencing homelessness, and

(ii)  in respect of which funding is provided as described in subsection (2).

(2) Section 316 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following subsection:

(2) The funding mentioned in subclause (1) (f) (ii) must be in relation to the Government of Ontario’s Homelessness and Addiction Recovery Treatment Hub program and provided by the Minister of Health or under section 21 of the Connecting Care Act, 2019.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
