Order in Council 1007/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 7(1) of the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care Appeal and Review Boards Act, 1998, Christine T. Moss of Toronto be reappointed as a part-time member of the Health Services Appeal and Review Board for a fixed term of one year, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

And pursuant to subsection 7(4) of the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care Appeal and Review Boards Act, 1998, Christine T. Moss be designated as full-time Chair on an interim basis of the Health Services Appeal and Review Board, effective the date this Order in Council is made, for a period of six months or until a new full-time Chair is appointed, whichever occurs first.
