Order in Council 10/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Katie Osborne of Toronto be appointed a part-time member and Vice Chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a period effective the date of this Order in Council and ending September 7, 2020.

Further, whereas Katie Osborne was reappointed a part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a term of three years, effective September 8, 2017, by Order in Council O.C. 1476/2017;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1476/2017 be revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
