Order in Council 1057/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 4 of the Ministry of Infrastructure Act, 2011,

Carlene Alexander

be appointed Deputy Minister of Infrastructure, effective June 27, 2022, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this appointment;

And further that Order in Council OC 1037/2022, dated April 28, 2022, be revoked effective June 27, 2022.
