On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the Minister of Health is appointing a hospital inspector for Trillium Health Partners pursuant to the Minister’s authority under subsection 18(1) of the Public Hospitals Act (the “Inspector”);

And whereas the Inspector may be paid such remuneration and expenses as the Lieutenant Governor in Council may determine;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 76(2) of the Legislation Act, 2006:

1. The person appointed as Inspector shall be remunerated at the rate of $2,000 per day based on a 7.25 hour day.
2. The number of days for which the Inspector may be remunerated under this Order shall not exceed a total of twenty-five (25) days.
3. The person appointed as Inspector shall be reimbursed for reasonable expenses that are incurred while carrying out the duties of that position in accordance with the relevant directives, guidelines and policies of Treasury Board and Management Board of Cabinet.
