Order in Council 1076/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 16(3) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Gregory Bishop of Minden be appointed as Alternate Executive Chair of Ontario Land Tribunals for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending July 8, 2021.

Further, pursuant to subsection 27(1) of the Expropriations Act, subsection 24(1) of the Ontario Heritage Act and subsection 6(2) of the Ministry of Natural Resources Act, Gregory Bishop of Minden be further appointed as a member of the Board of Negotiation, the Conservation Review Board and the Mining and Lands Tribunal, respectively, for concurrent fixed terms effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending July 8, 2021.
