On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the Crown wishes to replace the Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change laboratory and science facility located at 125 Resources Road in Etobicoke with a new facility;

And whereas the Lieutenant Governor in Council wishes to recognize the contributions of James Bradley, MPP (St. Catharines) and former Minister of the Environment of Ontario (1985-1990 and 2011-2014), in recognition of his contribution to the public sector and long-standing service in the province of Ontario;

Therefore, pursuant to the prerogative of the Crown to designate the names of buildings in the ownership of the Crown, the new laboratory and science facility to be built be officially named and designated as;

James Bradley Environmental Sciences Centre

Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change
