On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas, pursuant to subsection 2.0.1 of the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. E.9, the Lieutenant Governor in Council may appoint, from among the members of the Executive Council, a committee to advise the Lieutenant Governor in Council on matters relating to emergencies;

And whereas that committee may from time to time require advice from other members of the Executive Council;

Now therefore the permanent membership of the Cabinet Committee on Emergency Management be as follows:

Premier and President of the Executive Council
President of the Treasury Board (Chair)
Solicitor General (Vice-Chair)
Attorney General
Minister of Energy
Minister of Finance
Minister of Health
Minister of Indigenous Affairs
Minister of Mines
Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing
Minister of Natural Resources and Forestry

And, where any situation or circumstance within the purview of the Committee falls within the mandate or statutory authority of a Member of the Executive Council not listed in this Order, that Member may be invited to participate in committee deliberations for such period considered appropriate by the Chair.

And, Order in Council OC-926/2021, dated June 29, 2021 be revoked.
