Order in Council 1091/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 6.1 of the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act, as amended, Jonathan Fredrick Pegg be appointed as Chief, Emergency Management Ontario, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding five years effective from the date this Order in Council is made;

And that Order in Council numbered O.C. 1929/2017, dated September 27, 2017 appointing David Ross Nichols as Chief, Emergency Management Ontario be revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
