Order in Council 1092/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1322/2017, dated June 28, 2017, Dr. Bonnie Burke was appointed as Regional Coroner for that part of the Central West Region of Ontario comprised of the following geographical areas prescribed under the Territorial Division Act, 2002: Halton, Peel and Simcoe;

And whereas it is desirable that Dr. Bonnie Burke serve as Regional Coroner for that part of the Toronto Area (East) Region of Ontario comprised of the geographic area of Toronto as prescribed under the Territorial Division Act, 2002: East of Yonge Street;

Therefore pursuant to section 5(1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Dr. Bonnie Burke be appointed, effective from the date of this Order in Council, as Regional Coroner for that part of the Toronto Area (East) Region of Ontario comprised of the geographic area of Toronto as prescribed under the Territorial Division Act, 2002: East of Yonge Street, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council;

And that Order in Council numbered O.C. 1322/2017, dated June 29, 2017, be revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
