Order in Council 1103/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to the prerogative of Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario the Lieutenant Governor in Council may make public appointments;

Whereas Marie-France Lefort of Ancaster was appointed as a part-time member of the Provincial Advisory Committee on Francophone Affairs (the “Committee”) by Order in Council O.C. 870/2019 dated; June 6, 2019.

Whereas the appointment of Marie-France Lefort to the Committee expired on June 5, 2022;

Now therefore Marie-France Lefort is reappointed at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council as a part time member of the Committee.

And further that such reappointment is for a term not exceeding three years and is effective from the date of this Order in Council.

And further that Marie-France Lefort will be reimbursed for all reasonable expenses, including costs incurred for travel, meals and accommodation, in accordance with the Management Board of Cabinet Directives and the rate established thereunder.

And further that Marie-France Lefort will receive no remuneration for her services on behalf of the Committee.
