On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

  1. the portions of highway in the Geographic Townships of Neelon and Dryden, now in the City of Greater Sudbury being:
    1. Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-2159-23, and
    2. Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-2139-101, and

      the portions of highway in the Geographic Townships of Awrey and Hagar, Municipality of Markstay-Warren, District of Sudbury, being:

    3. Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-2241-34, and
    4. Parts 1 and 2 on Ministry Plan P-2276-41,

    being plans filed with the Record Services Unit, Northeastern Region of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on March 12, 2018, be designated as a controlled-access highway pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended; and

    1. Order in Council O.C. 2501/92 dated August 20, 1992, designating portions of highway in the Townships of Awrey and Hagar as a controlled-access highway, shown on Ministry Plan P-2241-30 registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Sudbury as Instrument 747412; and
    2. Order in Council O.C. 2503/92 dated August 20, 1992, designating a portion of highway in the Township of Neelon as a controlled-access highway, shown on Ministry Plan P-2159-19 registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Sudbury as Instrument 743526; and
    3. Order in Council O.C. 2503/92 dated August 20, 1992, designating portions of highway in the Township of Dryden as a controlled-access highway, shown on Ministry Plan P-2139-93 registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Sudbury as Instrument 743527,

    are hereby revoked, pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended.
