Order in Council 1123/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portion of proposed highway in the Township of Wallbridge, District of Parry Sound, shown as Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-2534-43, being a Designation Plan of A Proposed Highway filed with the Record Services Unit, Northeastern Region of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on June 20, 2017, be designated as controlled-access highway pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended.
