On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

  1. the portions of highway in the Township of Shedden, in the Town of Spanish, in the District of Algoma, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation and shown on Ministry Plan P-2146-39, filed with the Record Services Unit, Northeastern Region of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on June 6, 2018 be designated as describe below:
    1. Parts 1 and 3 of the said plan be designated as controlled-access highway, pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended; and
    2. Part 2 of the said plan be designated as the King’s Highway, pursuant to section 7 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended.
  2. Order in Council OC 2320/70 registered in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Algoma as number 108344 and in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Algoma as number 69733, now Schedule 57 to Regulation 402, R.R.O. 1970, be amended so as to cease to apply to the lands described above; and
    1. Order in Council OC 3012/66, dated July 14, 1966, designating a portion of the above mentioned highway as the King’s Highway as shown on Ministry Plan P-2146-24; and
    2. Order in Council OC 1319/70, dated April 30, 1970, designating a portion of the above mentioned highway as the King’s Highway as shown on Ministry Plan P-2146-25;

are hereby revoked pursuant to section 7 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended.
