Order in Council 1129/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006,

Sandra Macchione, Mississauga

be appointed a full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a term of two years, effective the date of this Order in Council.

Further, whereas Sandra Macchione was reappointed a part-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a term of five years, effective February 9, 2016, by Order in Council O.C. 1758/2015;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(a) of the Legislation Act, 2006, O.C. 1758/2015 be revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
