On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

writs be issued for by-elections to be held in the Electoral Districts of Ottawa - Vanier and Orléans rendered necessary because of the resignations of Nathalie des Rosiers and Marie-France Lalonde, members for the said electoral districts,

  1. the day for the close of nominations and the grant of a poll where required shall be Thursday, February 13, 2020;
  2. the day for the taking of a poll shall be Thursday, February 27, 2020.

This order is made under section 9.1 of the Election Act.
