Order in Council 1132/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portions of proposed highway in the Geographic Township of Kingston, now in the City of Kingston, in the County of Frontenac, in the Province of Ontario, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, as set out below and described on the following Reference Plans deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles and Registry Division of Frontenac (No 13):

1. Part of Lot 10, Concession 4 shown as Part 7 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-3036-144, being Reference Plan 13R-18481;
2. Part of Lots 10 & 11, Concession 4 shown as Part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-3036-145, being Reference Plan 13R-18482;
3. Part of Lot 10, Concession 4 shown as Part 1, Part of Lots 10 & 11, Concession 4 shown as Part 2 and Part of Lot 11, Concession 4 shown as Parts 3 to 6 inclusive on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-3036-158, being Reference Plan 13R-21418;
4. Part of Lot 10, Concession 4 shown as Parts 1 and 2 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-3036-159, being Reference Plan 13R-21416; and
5. Part of Lot 11, Concession 4 shown as Parts 1 and 2 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-3036-160, being Reference Plan 13R-21417,

be designated as controlled-access highway, pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended.
