On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portions of highway in the Geographic Township of Smith, now in the Township of Selwyn, in the County of Peterborough, in the Province of Ontario, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, as set out below and described on the following Reference Plans deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land and Registry Titles Division of Peterborough (No 45) being,

the portions described in Schedule A be designated as controlled – access highway, pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended;

the portions described on Schedule B be designated as Kings Highway, pursuant to section 7 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended; and

the designation as a King’s Highway described in Order-in-Council numbered OC-3845/62 dated November 22, 1962 and registered in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Peterborough as Instrument R128394 (Ministry Plan P-1955-42), be amended so as to cease to apply within Part of Lots 5 and 6, Registered Plan 22, shown as Part 6 and within Part of River Road, Registered Plan 22, shown as Part 8 on Plan 45R-16617 (Ministry Plan P-1955-135).
