Order in Council 1136/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portion of highway in the Geographic Township of Foley, Municipality of  the Township of Seguin, District of Parry Sound, being part of the road allowance between the townships of Foley and McDougall, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, shown as Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-2255-270, being a Reference Plan deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Parry Sound as Plan 42R-21066, be closed pursuant to subsection 29(2) of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 50 as amended.
