Order in Council 1136/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the prerogative of Her Majesty The Queen in right of Ontario to appoint persons to serve Her Majesty’s Government of Ontario in the discharge of its executive obligations and responsibilities,

Michelle E. DiEmanuele

be appointed Secretary of the Cabinet, effective August 20, 2022, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not extending beyond August 20, 2023;

And pursuant to subsection 9(2) of the Public Service of Ontario Act, 2006,

Michelle E. DiEmanuele

be appointed as a member of the Public Service Commission, for a term concurrent with her appointment as Secretary of the Cabinet, effective August 20, 2022;

And further, that Michelle E. DiEmanuele shall be paid an annual salary of $682,500.
