Order in Council 1137/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portion of highway in the Geographic Townships of Caldwell and Badgerow, Municipality of West Nipissing, District of Nipissing, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation and shown as Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-7263-14 and Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-7262-34, filed with the Record Services Unit, Northeastern Region of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on September 5, 2018, be designated as secondary highway pursuant to section 40 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended.
