Order in Council 1138/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Victor Keubou was appointed as part-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of two years, effective July 13, 2023, by Order in Council 997/2023;

And whereas Victor Keubou was appointed as part-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective July 13, 2023, by Order in Council 1006/2023;

And whereas Victor Keubou tendered his resignation effective March 1, 2024;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 and subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997, Orders in Council 997/2023 and 1006/2023 be revoked effective March 1, 2024.
