Order in Council 1156/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 34 of the Ministry of Correctional Services Act and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009,

1. A person appointed as vice-chair of the Ontario Parole Board on a part-time basis shall be compensated at the rate for a vice-chair set out in Table 1 of Schedule 2 to Order in Council O.C. 2311/2017, as may be amended from time to time.
2. A person appointed as vice-chair of the Ontario Parole Board on a part-time basis shall be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred in carrying out their duties in accordance with the relevant directives, guidelines and policies of the Treasury Board and Management Board of Cabinet.

Now therefore this Order shall be in effect on the date this Order in Council is made.
