Order in Council 1164/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 430/2015, dated the 15th day of April 2015, D. Jeanette Lortie was appointed as a member of the Town of Spanish Police Services Board for a period of two years, effective from April 15, 2015;

And Whereas D. Jeanette Lortie has agreed to be reappointed as a member of the Town of Spanish Police Services Board;

Therefore pursuant to section 27 of the Police Services Act, as amended, D. Jeanette Lortie is hereby further reappointed as a member of the Town of Spanish Police Services Board for a term of three years, effective from the date of this Order in Council.
