Order in Council 1190/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the Honourable Sidney B. Linden has been re-appointed as Conflict of Interest Commissioner for a fixed term of two years commencing on July 30, 2017 and ending on July 29, 2019;

Therefore, pursuant to section 15 of the Public Service of Ontario Act, 2006 the Honourable Sidney B. Linden shall be paid annual remuneration of one hundred and eighty thousand, eight hundred and seventy seven dollars ($180,877) during the term of his appointment;

Further, the Honourable Sidney B. Linden shall be eligible for benefits, including vacation, comparable to the benefit entitlements of OPS executives in the Senior Management Group;

And further, the Honourable Sidney B. Linden shall be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred in carrying out the duties of Conflict of Interest Commissioner in accordance with the Travel, Meal and Hospitality Expenses Directive and any other applicable directives of the Treasury Board and Management Board of Cabinet.
