Whereas by Order in Council O.C. 90/2022, dated January 27, 2022, the position of Legislative Reviewer of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 was established to undertake a comprehensive review of the effectiveness of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 and its regulations in accordance with the Terms of Reference that are to be provided by the Minister for Seniors and Accessibility.

Pursuant to subsection 41(5) of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005,

be appointed Legislative Reviewer of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 to undertake a comprehensive review of the effectiveness of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 and its regulation in accordance with the Terms of Reference that the Minister for Seniors and Accessibility provides to the Legislative Reviewer.

This appointment is effective from the date of this Order in Council and shall continue at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period ending not later than June 30, 2023.
