Order in Council 1194/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 24(1) of the Ontario Heritage Act and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Laurie Smith of Ottawa be appointed a part-time member and Vice Chair of the Conservation Review Board for a term of two years, effective the date of this Order in Council.

Further, whereas Laurie Smith was reappointed a part-time member of the Conservation Review Board for a term of three years, effective September 8, 2016, by Order in Council O.C. 1182/2016;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(a) of the Legislation Act, 2006, Order in Council O.C. 1182/2016 be revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
