Order in Council 1233/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Ministry of Correctional Services Act and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Karen R. Restoule of Dokis First Nation be appointed as part-time member and Vice Chair of the Ontario Parole Board for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending April 4, 2022.

Further, whereas Karen R. Restoule was reappointed as full-time member and Associate Chair of the Ontario Parole Board for a fixed term effective January 1, 2020 and ending April 4, 2022, by Order in Council O.C. 1694/2019;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 16(2) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Order in Council O.C. 1694/2019 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
