Order in Council 1234/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 441/2003, dated February 21, 2003, Dr. Marlene E. Spruyt was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And Whereas Dr. Marlene E. Spruyt has, in writing, resigned her appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective March 1, 2012;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 441/2003, dated February 21, 2003, appointing Dr. Marlene E. Spruyt as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
