Order in Council 1255/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(2) of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation Act, 2008,

Jeff Kehoe, of Toronto, Ontario

be reappointed as a member of the board of directors of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation, effective July 23, 2017, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding nine months;

And further that by virtue of subsection 3(1) of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation Act, 2008, he be reappointed as a member of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation, effective July 23, 2017, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding nine months;

And further that by virtue of subsection 3(4) of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation Act, 2008 he be re-designated as the chair of the board of directions of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation, effective July 23, 2017, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding nine months.
