Order in Council 667/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(2) of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation Act, 2008,

Annie Ropar, of Toronto, Ontario

be reappointed as a member of the board of directors of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation, effective from the date of this Order, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years;

And further that by virtue of subsection 3(1) of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation Act, 2008, she be reappointed as a member of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation, effective from the date of this Order, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years;

And further that by virtue of subsection 3(4) of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation Act, 2008 she be designated as the chair of the board of directors of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation, effective from the date of this Order, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years.

And further that Order in Council O.C. 1255/2017 dated effective July 23, 2017 appointing Jeff Kehoe as member, director and chair of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation is hereby revoked, effective from the date of this Order.
