Order in Council 1266/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the Case Management Masters Remuneration Commission has been established under Order in Council O.C. 359/2012 (Order);

And whereas Mr. William Kaplan has been appointed as Commissioner of the Second Case Management Masters Remuneration Commission for a term beginning on October 1, 2015 and ending on September 30, 2019;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 4(9) of the Order, Mr. Kaplan shall be paid at a rate of $290 per hour to a maximum of $2,900 per day for work carried out as Commissioner;

And further, Mr. Kaplan shall be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred in carrying out the duties of the Commissioner in accordance with the relevant directives, guidelines and policies of the Treasury Board and Management Board of Cabinet.
