Order in Council 127/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 3 of the Assessment Review Board Act, Pierre R. Lavigne of Ottawa be reappointed as part-time member of the Assessment Review Board for a fixed term of five years, effective March 27, 2023.
