Order in Council 1285/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to subsections 8(2) and 8(3) of the Coroners Act, c. C.37, as amended, Christine Ada McGoey is hereby appointed as a part-time member of and designated as a part-time Vice-Chair of the Death Investigation Oversight Council, effective from the date of this Order in Council, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this appointment and designation.
