Order in Council 129/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006, Stephanie Kepman of Ottawa be reappointed as part-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term effective the date of this Order in Council is made and ending January 23, 2025.
