Order in Council 1320/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999, Clive Forbes of London be appointed as full-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further, whereas Clive Forbes was appointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective February 17, 2022 by Order in Council O.C. 234/2022;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 234/2022 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
