Order in Council 1332/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C.1563/2019 dated October 25, 2019, Siegfried (Sig) Walter was reappointed as the Chair of the Ontario Police Arbitration Commission for a period of three years effective from November 1, 2019;

And whereas Siegfried (Sig) Walter has agreed to be further reappointed as the Chair of the Ontario Police Arbitration Commission;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 131(2) of the Police Services Act, as amended, Siegfried (Sig) Walter is hereby further reappointed as the Chair of the Ontario Police Arbitration Commission for a further period of two years, effective from November 1, 2022.
