Order in Council 1348/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to subsection 13 (1) of the Fair Access to Regulated Professions and Compulsory Trades Act, 2006, S.O. 2006, c. 31, the Fairness Commissioner shall be paid remuneration of six hundred and twenty-seven dollars ($627) per day, up to a maximum of two hundred and thirty-four (234) days per year, such that the maximum payable is one hundred and forty-six thousand, seven hundred and eighteen dollars ($146,718) per year;

and the Fairness Commissioner shall be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred in carrying out the duties of Commissioner in accordance with the Management Board of Cabinet’s Travel, Meal and Hospitality Expenses Directive
