Order in Council 1363/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

WHEREAS pursuant to section 4 of the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities Act, a French Language University Planning Board was established by O.C. 919/2016 for a period ending no later than March 31, 2017;

and whereas O.C. 919/2016 provides that the members of the Board shall be appointed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council for terms ending no later than March 31, 2017, and that the Lieutenant Governor in Council shall designate one member as Chair of the Board;

therefore

Dyane Adam, Saint-François-de-l’Île-d’Orléans

is appointed, subject to the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, as a member of the French Language University Planning Board for a term effective the date of this Order in Council and ending not later than March 31, 2017;

and further, Dyane Adam is appointed Chair of the French Language University Planning Board for the period of her appointment, subject to the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council.
