Order in Council 1373/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 2 of the Lake of the Woods Control Board Act, 1922, as re-enacted by section 1 of the Lake of the Woods Control Board Amendment Act, 1958,

David Burritt of Peterborough

be appointed as part-time member of the Lake of the Woods Control Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further, whereas Dane Parent of Thunder Bay was re-appointed as member of the Lake of the Woods Control Board for a period not exceeding three years beginning on January 17, 2022, by Order in Council O.C. 65/2022;

And whereas Dane Parent resigned his appointment effective April 8, 2022;

Therefore, pursuant to section 2 of the Lake of the Woods Control Board Act, 1922, as re-enacted by section 1 of the Lake of the Woods Control Board Amendment Act, 1958, Order in Council O.C. 65/2022 be revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
