Order in Council 1382/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Katie Osborne was appointed a part-time member of the Animal Care Review Board for a term of two years, effective September 8, 2015, by Order in Council O.C. 1195/2015;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 16(2) of the Ontario Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act and subsection 16(2) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Katie Osborne of Toronto be appointed a part-time member and Associate Chair of the Animal Care Review Board for a term of five years, effective the date of this Order in Council.

Further, Order in Council O.C. 1195/2015 be revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
